Sharon deserves to be recognized for her love for the ministry and the people. She organizes church services, she ministers to the elderly in retirement and nursing homes and the impact of the ministry she brings to them makes them feel alive again.

I myself go and help out once a month along with our choir to sing God's glory to them and they just love having us there. At Christmas time we go around to nursing and retirement homes and perform services and deliver what we call "BED SOCKS!" Most elderly who have no family members go and visit, don't have socks to go to bed with for it is cold in some of these rooms so we give them the comfort of bed socks.

There is probably a lot more that Sharon does but this is what stands out the most in my and others eyes and hearts.

I thank God for people like Sharon who cares about others whom their lives are in desperate need of people like herself.

I pray that she gets picked but if not I know that she deserves it no matter what.
